The two-story classroom building, 24,900 gross square feet, is comprised mainly of classrooms, computer labs and faculty offices. The layout is centered by the lobby with a monumental staircase in the same style as the lobby staircase in Maples-Marshall Hall and a view to the vista and water feature. On either side are classrooms and faculty offices that are accessed from the central corridor. The building has 13 classrooms approximately 600 square feet each, classroom storage rooms, two computer labs 900 square feet each, storage rooms that serve the computer labs, 17 faculty offices approximately 90 square feet each, two storage/planning rooms 250 square feet each, four toilets 200 square feet each, and mechanical, electrical, communications, and circulation spaces.
