Cope Architecture provided architectural design and construction administration services for the addition of 68,000 square feet and renovation of 28,000 square feet of hospital space, as well as the addition of 34,500 square feet of arena space. The project was constructed under the CM at risk form of delivery and was designed to meet the State of Tennessee Sustainability Design Guidelines. Work included isolation facilities, surgical facilities, an equine performance and rehabilitation arena, classrooms, and a computer laboratory.
