University of Tennessee, Stokley Family Residence Hall & Dining Facility

Cope Architecture provided architectural design services for new University of Tennessee student housing on the Knoxville campus. The building design reflects significant elements of collegiate Gothic campus architecture, consistent with the style of the campus. The nine-story, 306,767-SF apartment style residence hall is designed for 684 beds and includes a 39,995-SF food services operation with a 700-seat dining hall.
