Cope Architecture was commissioned by Precision Tools Service to design a new 30,000 square foot regional Corporate Office & Warehouse facility for their growing Knoxville operation. The client desired a spacious and efficient building with a distinctive modern aesthetic. Cope’s design incorporates expansive windows placed throughout the building to give an open, free-flowing feel while providing ample daylighting and views to the surrounding landscape. Lighting design utilizes LED fixtures and advanced controls to ensure energy-efficiency. Finish materials and circulation paths were carefully planned with an emphasis on cleanliness and long-term durability in light of each building area’s specific use.
