Tennessee Cancer Specialists – Knoxville, TN
Cope Architecture designed a 4,000 square foot tenant build-out for Tennessee Cancer Specialists in the first floor premier suite of the existing Tyson Place Building. The project included demolition of existing interior partitions and ceilings.
A new layout was provided consisting of reception and waiting areas, exam rooms, infusion space, clean room, storage, break room, lab and other ancillary spaces. Existing building structure, windows, and light fixtures were salvaged, refinished, and showcased to reflect the historic nature of this space.
