The South Lincoln Elementary School additions and renovations involves the renovation of the existing Media Center into an additional Cafeteria dining space for the school. All of the existing finishes were demolished and new finishes including walls, floors, and ceilings were installed. The existing Media Center furnishings were reutilized by the Owner. HVAC systems were upgraded as well as Life Safety Systems.

A new 3,800 square foot media center was constructed in the courtyard between the existing additions. The new media center houses a workroom and conference room as well as a restroom and an IT room to serve the space. In addition to the construction, existing drainage problems were corrected. New canopies and sidewalks were constructed to connect existing spaces to the new media center.
