Cope Architecture provided architectural design services for the new 8,256-SF Research Head House and Greenhouse addition serving Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). The greenhouse consists of three research greenhouses with tightly controlled environmental systems. The head house facility houses four walk-in environmental chambers, a tissue hardening-off lab, work benches and prep space for soils and plant materials, and equipment and sample storage space.
