Holston Gases is an industrial, medical, and specialty gases distributor located along the I-275 Corridor. A decision was made to expand their operations in North Knoxville utilizing a fast-track, design/build delivery method using Merit Construction. Cope Architecture designed facilities on the 19.6-acre brownfield site that include: a 32,000-square-foot administration/warehouse building with attached loading dock; a 25,600-square-foot ‘state-of-the-art’ fill processing building; and a 3,200-square-foot retail propane building.
