Cope Architecture is providing design and project management services for a new custom hotel located in Gatlinburg, TN. The project will consist of an 8-story hotel with 96 rooms on the 2nd through the 7th floor. The first floor contains the lobby, indoor pool, meeting spaces, exercise room and a sports bar. The eighth floor houses a rooftop patio and restaurant. Guest rooms include single room suites, as well as two-bedroom suites with kitchenettes. All rooms have balconies overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains. Parking is supplied via a two-level parking deck. This project is currently in the design development phase.
