Cope Architecture provided design and project management services for the renovation of an existing 3 story hotel, with upgrades to the pool (indoor/outdoor) servery, lobby, and guest services. 

The exterior utilizes Hardie plank siding and stonework with tongue and grove wood on the portecochere, and a metal roof with a faced surround the entire roof structure. 

The interior features an ample lobby/reception area, meeting rooms and 84 guest-rooms, interior corridors and select rooms with adjoining doors, and fireplace. Other amenities included laundry, central breakfast area, indoor pool, outdoor water park, fitness center, and business center. Energy efficient heating and cooling systems were utilized.
