Carson-Newman’s growing athletic program called for an expansion and update of their athletic facilities. Cope Architecture created several schematic scenarios for the Athletic Department to consider in the development of their new premiere facilities program. Design met their programmatic requirements while still maintaining the architectural language of the campus. The project consisted of master planning existing athletic facilities, improving football operations, and providing new much-needed facilities. As is typical with many large projects, phasing was structured to facilitate transitions with ease.
