President
Cayce has 21 years of leadership and design experience in all phases of architecture. Cayce holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is currently serving as the firm’s President. She is experienced in all the phases of architecture and the supportive consultant disciplines required to accomplish an integrated product. This includes programming, engineering consultant coordination, pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bid process, construction administration, project close-out, post construction and client management. In addition, she is experienced with coordinating project requirements with numerous regulatory agencies to address applicable code requirements and regulations.
Jim Hinton, AIA, LEED AP
Vice President
Jim Hinton has over 18 years’ experience as a Principal Architect and Project Manager on a wide variety of multi-discipline teams performing conceptual planning, programming, master planning, design, and construction administration services for both new facilities and renovations. He has spent the last 26 years designing, managing and leading teams on a wide array of large, complex projects in markets such as local government, federal, industrial, K-12 education, and higher education. Jim is able to lead multi-disciplined teams to achieve client satisfaction and project success. Mr. Hinton is thoroughly familiar with the processes, systems, and procedures in all phases of design, management, and implementation of project goals and missions.
